I also recently completed their ‘e-Pro’ Course. The California Association of Realtors has certified me as a specialist in HAFA Short Sales. I have extensive knowledge in the sale of new homes with 8 years at RWR Homes leading to the position of president of the sales division.

I have the ‘CSP’ designation from the Building Industry Association as a Certified New Home Sales Professional.My goal is to offer my knowledge and experience to assist my clients in all of their real estate needs. Specialties I specialize in all price ranges of homes, townhomes, condos, land and new home sales in the San Fernando Valley, Beverly Hills/Westside, Calabasas, Santa Clarita, Simi Valley, I am listing and selling REO (bank owned) properties and short sales in the San Fernando Valley, Simi Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, Conejo Valley and the whole of Ventura County.This is an exciting and ever changing market. Jason Watson is a twenty-two year veteran of the homebuilding and realty industry whose early career included sales experience at both Coldwell Banker and Century 21. After joining CPH in 2004, Jason sold over $100 million in new home product through 2007 in some of our most prestigious communities earning him the Employee of the Year award. Recognized for his attention to customer satisfaction and team building skills, Jason was quickly promoted to management and has excelled in that position since.

Jason has also spearheaded much of the company’s development with regard to customer relations and ultimately its top customer satisfaction rankings through Eliant.
