Iron Horse Estates Sells Out At Grand Opening
On March 31st, residents of Fillmore and surrounding Ventura County cities flocked to the Grand Opening of Iron Horse Estates to see the highly anticipated new single-family homes. For the first time in over two years, this historic California town featured new homes for sale, and the activity surrounding it did not disappoint. All three homes that were released for sale sold the same day. Homebuyers enjoyed the festive atmosphere supplied by homebuilder, Capital Pacific, and no one went home hungry thanks to the highly popular In ‘N Out Burger truck that was on-hand.

The brand new elementary school is well underway to completion at The Bridges in Fillmore, CA. This new school will be just a short walk from the 15 brand new homes at Iron Horse Estates. I am told that when it is finished all the children currently at Sespe Elementary will be moved over here for a while as they plan to do a complete rehab of Sespe.
The Grand Opening of Iron Horse Estates in Fillmore was a huge success despite cold weather and overcast skies. About 100 people came out to see our brand new homes and get their In-N-Out burger!
